1. What the service provides

ThumbSnap is a free utility that attempts to display available thumbnail image versions for a YouTube video link. Availability, image sizes, and functionality may vary by video, browser, or third-party service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use ThumbSnap lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the site to violate anyone’s rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or misuse the website in a way that harms others or the service.

3. Content ownership and permissions

Thumbnails and related video content may be owned by video creators, YouTube, or other rights holders. ThumbSnap does not claim ownership of those images. You are responsible for ensuring that your downloading, saving, editing, sharing, or other use of an image is permitted by the rights holder, applicable law, and relevant platform terms. A download does not grant a licence or transfer ownership.

4. Third-party platforms

ThumbSnap is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and image availability, which may change without notice. Your use of YouTube or other third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

5. No guarantee

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the tool will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that every video will have every thumbnail size available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThumbSnap and its operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
